The first 100 restaurants on BowlyGo with a T3M or T2Z postal code are our founding partners. Here is the whole offer.
What you pay
- On every order, our 5% payment processing fee (at least $0.50 an order). It covers card payments: we pay Stripe’s card fees out of it.
- A platform fee of 6% of your sales, until it reaches the cap for the month. After that, no more platform fee that month.
- The cap is $14.90 a month for your first 3 months, then $149 a month.
- GST is added to both fees. Both come out of your payout; there’s no monthly bill.
Sales means your menu prices plus their GST, on BowlyGo orders in a calendar month (Mountain Time). If an order is cancelled and you’re not paid for its food, its fees are given back and its sales don’t count.
How long it lasts
- Your months start with your first BowlyGo order, not the day you sign up. Your first 3 months run from that order.
- The $149 cap is locked for 24 months from your first order. We won’t raise it during that time.
- After 24 months, you move to the standard plan. We’ll tell you well before, and your statement shows the date.

The standard plan, after 24 months
The platform fee each month is worked out in bands on that month’s sales:
- First $2,500: 6%
- $2,500 to $5,000: no platform fee
- Above $5,000: 4%
The 5% payment processing fee (at least $0.50 an order) stays the same.
What else
- No contract, no setup fee, no tablet rental and no cancellation fee.
- We enter your menu, set up the iPad and run a test order with you.
- Your menu prices on BowlyGo match your counter. You set them.
- A spot is yours once we’ve agreed it with you by email. Spots are numbered in that order, up to 100.
