Restaurants pay one flat monthly fee and nothing per order, so the menu price and its GST reach the restaurant in full.
The delivery fee pays for the trip. The payment processing fee covers card costs, which run higher for international cards and currency exchange.
Our house rules
Customers, restaurants, drivers and BowlyGo all play by the same rules.
- No coupons, promo codes, referral credits or first-order discounts.
- Menu prices match the restaurant’s own prices. No “was” prices and no crossed-out prices.
- No fees added at the last step. What you see on the menu is what you’re quoted.
- No busy-time or bad-weather surcharges. Ever.
- Tipping is your choice. We suggest 15%, “No tip” is always one tap away, and 100% of any tip goes to your driver.
- No countdown timers, no “only 2 left” and no paid membership.
- If something goes wrong with your order, we make it right. That’s a fix, not a promotion.
