Delete your account

In the app

Open the BowlyGo app, go to Account, then choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email admin@bowlygo.ca from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We’ll confirm it’s you before we delete anything.

What happens next

• We delete your name, phone number, email and addresses within 30 days. They’re encrypted with a key used for your account alone, and we destroy that key.
• Order and payment records stay for 7 years because tax law requires it, but without your name or contact details.
• If an order is still on its way, or a refund or dispute is open, we finish it first.
• Drivers and restaurants: records we must keep for pay and tax stay for as long as the law requires. Our privacy policy lists how long.
